If you have any questions or issues with your order, please contact us, we'll resolve them for you. We aim for five star service and want you to be happy.

Return policy:  

We have 90 days lowest price guarantee in GTA and beat any other price by 10% policy but our sales are all final. No cancellation, All payment & deposit no refund. All queen size and some of Single/Double/King size mattress can be switched within 1 week if the plastic bag intact, Other than this no exchange, no return due to health and safety regulations.

Warranty:  

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. All mattress has 5-25years manufacture structure warranty. And all Furniture has 1year structure warranty. Furniture surface with concealed damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up. It is manufacturer 's decision whether repairing or replacement. And will be repaired free of charge by us or our agent. If the item cannot be repaired, you will be offered an exact replacement at no extra charge. A reselection will be offered if no replacement is available. Our to door service is free within 10km, gas charge may apply on service over 10km, will be $30+$1/km. Please note, with natural products such as wood, real leather or marble, some imperfections can be expected and are not considered a defect.  

Lead Time:  

If the items we have in stock, it will usually take less than 10 business days to do delivery. If the items are not in stock, then it will usually take 4 - 8 weeks to deliver. (The actual delivery time will vary basing on individual case.)

Delivery:  

Please have a responsible person in your home at the time of delivery. In addition, driveways and walkways should be cleared to accept delivery (i.e. remove snow and ice). If delivery cannot go smoothly and not Clareca's Fault. We cannot wait and will leave for flowing customer’s delivery. You can come to pick up or re-schedule another delivery and second delivery charge may apply. Due to liability issues, we cannot disassemble or move your existing furniture or any electronics. Due to health and safety regulations, our drivers cannot remove their safety work boots. Please ensure your floors are properly protected. It is the customer's sole responsibility to measure the furniture and make sure that it will fit his/her intended space. In rare situations where the product maybe a tight fit, you have the option of approving our attempt for delivery by releasing us from liability for damage to your property by agree this term, or do by yourself, or by returning to our store to make an alternate selection. Please note that a 20% of total after tax amount restocking &clearance fee may apply.

Holding Your product:  

We Know there are times you may not be in a position to receive product as soon as it is ready. We will be happy to hold non-clearance purchases for up to 2 months without charge. After 2 month, a 3‰/day stocking fee will apply.

Payment: 

All payment will need to be cleared before delivery. Our drivers and delivery staffs are contractors and they won't handle money.

Arbitration Clause:  

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including any question regarding its existence, interpretation, validity, breach or termination or the business relationship created by this contract, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. The place of the arbitration shall be Toronto, Ontario and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of a single arbitrator who is a member of the ADR Institute of Canada in good standing. The cost of arbitration shall be prepaid in equal amounts before arbitration, but the winner’s costs shall be reimbursed by the losing party. The arbitration award shall be final and legally binding upon all parties as herein mentioned.
