Delivery and Assembly Policy
Please have a responsible person in your home at the time of delivery. In addition, driveways and walkways should be cleared to accept delivery (i.e. remove snow and ice). If delivery can not go smoothly and not Clareca's Fault. We can not wait and will leave for flowing customer’s delivery. You can come to pick up or re-schedule another delivery and second delivery charge may apply. Due to liability issues, we cannot disassemble or move your existing furniture or any electronics. Due to health and safety regulations, our drivers cannot remove their safety boots. Please ensure your floors are properly protected. Please measure your Room/doorways to fit your new mattress or furniture. Transporting your order up or down a maximum of 2 flights of stairs. In rare situations where the product maybe a tight fit, you have the option of approving our attempt for delivery by releasing us from liability for damage to your property,or do by yourself,or by returning to our store to make an alternate selection. Please note that a 20% of total (after tax) restocking/clearance fee may apply.
Reguler Delivery service: Your purchase will be dropped off immediately inside an accessible entryway of your home in the manufacturers packaging. In the case of house delivery your items will be placed into Garage,condo or apartment shipping, your items will be placed in the lobby or designated loading area. From there, you take care of the additional moving, set-up, assembly, and recycling of packaging materials.
White Glove Service: We provide the regilar delivery service and plus put it into the customer desired room, unpacking, assemble your furniture,remove all packing material.
