Returen & Exchange
Thank you for choosing Clareca Furniture.
1. Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date you receive your product.
Unfortunately, after 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition as when it was received
- Unused, unworn, free of stains, damage, or wear
- Tags must remain attached and the item must be in its original packaging
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
- To ensure the product can be resold, all returned items must remain in like-new condition.
3. Restocking Fee
Due to the nature of large furniture and mattress items, returns require inspection, handling, and restocking. A restocking fee will apply as follows:
- Unopened returns: 20% restocking fee
- Opened or unpackaged returns: 50% restocking fee
Clearance items, custom-made products, and special orders are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Transportation Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return transportation costs
- Items must be returned to our warehouse by the customer or by an arranged carrier
- Original delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable
5.Mattress
All Queen-size mattresses, as well as certain other mattress sizes, may be exchanged within one week provided that the plastic packaging has not been opened. For customer health and hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened. Tempur-Pedic mattresses are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Incorrectly delivered
- Missing parts
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or supporting information.
We will arrange, as appropriate:
- Exchange
- Repair
- Replacement parts
- Other reasonable solutions
Please note that the final resolution method will be determined by Clareca Furniture or the manufacturer, depending on the situation.
6. Refund Process
To request a return or exchange, please complete the return request form on our website and email it to:

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process
- Restocking fees and return transportation charges will be deducted from the refund amount
- If you wish to request a return or exchange (where permitted), please download and complete our Return/Exchange Request Form and email it to Service@clareca.com. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
